At Ijor Ethnic, we value your satisfaction. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth process for your returns and refunds.
We have a 1-day return policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
In the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).
All original tags must be attached.
Must be in its original packaging, including the Saree and the Cotton Saree Bag provided.
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Returns must be sent to the address indicated on your original shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If the correct item was delivered but you still wish to return it, the following conditions apply:
Return Fee: A nominal delivery charge of Rs 250 will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover logistics costs.
Security Measure: For your safety, please ensure the return package is sealed by the delivery partner in your presence. This prevents any tampering or product switching during transit.
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the product for any damages.
Inspection Period: Please allow 10–15 days for the inspection and refund process to be completed.
Approval: We will notify you once we’ve inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.
Payment Method:
Prepaid Orders: The refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method (minus the Rs 250 fee) within 10 business days.
COD Orders: Please provide your Bank Account details or UPI ID via email so we can initiate the transfer once the inspection is cleared.
