Eligibility & Condition For a return to be accepted, the item must be: Unused and Unworn: In the exact same condition as received. Complete Packaging: You must return the Saree along with the Cotton Saree Bag provided. Fully Tagged: All original tags must remain attached. Documented: A receipt or proof of purchase is required. 3. Shipping & Security Once your return is approved, we will provide a shipping label and instructions. Return Address: Use the address located on your original shipping label. Tamper Protection: For your security, the return package must be sealed by the delivery partner in your presence. This prevents product switching or tampering during transit. Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back without a prior request will be rejected. 4. Fees and Logistics If the correct product was delivered as ordered but you choose to return it, a nominal return fee of Rs 250 will be applied to cover logistics and handling.
